Numbers 11, Why did Moses complain to God?

Question: In verses 9-12, why did Moses complain to God, to the point of asking God to kill him, was Moses tired?  He knows God is God! Answer:  Moses was sick and tired of the complaints from the people and was so frustrated he spoke out in haste, "kill me and put me out of my misery!"  But God did not answer his prayer.  The children of Israel and Moses both had to learn a lesson.  God allows affliction in our lives to help us trust in Him all the more.  1 Thessalonians 3:3 that no one should be shaken by these afflictions; for you yourselves know that we are appointed to this.  -PG
